Leadership Exchange

The Leadership Exchange connects selected emerging leaders with established arts leaders at convention. The goal for the Leadership Exchange is to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships between emerging leader and established arts leader participants, in which ideas, experiences, and professional lessons are discussed as part of in-person interactions. Using informal questionnaire to identify strong matches, the Leadership Exchange provides the opportunity for both emerging and established leaders to expand their networks, present snapshots into each other’s working lives, and to possibly serve as a stepping stone for future professional affiliations.
